This facility will be provided rent-free to an appropriate business interesting in locating in Hancock County. There is fiber access, and the building can be customized to tenant needs.

Ingress/egress located on the east side of the property onto Back Valley Road is designed to accommodate easy equipment loading and exchange, with addition of loading area and large entryway into the rear of the building.
